My kit came missing the center C3 part. That part is required to make the roof. For the price, this should NOT happen.*EDIT (10/20/22): Upon posting the initial review, the company has fully refunded my purchase and I am happy with the outcome. At least, with some creativity, I can make the kennel functional.I mean what do you really expect from Amazon these. Nothing of excellent quality. We knew this going in and we do not have big dogs so we figured it would do just fine. So, we are right - it does perfect for our small dogs, no complaints there. I will say the metal is cheap and the silver comes off on your hands when putting it together. The fence is flimsy but if you pull it tight and secure it with the metal fence wire like a normal fence it does well. It came with a bunch of zip ties as you can see in the picture. We have since removed them and bought the metal fence ties The top is a black tarp, we plan to change that out as black attracts sun and is horrible here in the summer. It comes with bungees to secure it down which isn’t all that bad. If you leave it in direct sun the way it comes eventually the sun will eat the bungees and the zip ties.Over all it serves its purpose and works good for our little dogs.The kennel is about 7ft by 7ft with probably 4ft walls. It holds our 3 frenchies for now until we fence our yard.After this review was posted, the maker contacted me and gave me a $100 refund on my purchase. They also said they will include aluminum wire ties on future kits. The plastic zip ties will not pull the wire mesh tight so an animal cannot pull or junp against the wire mesh and further loosen the wire mesh. I purchased 6" long aluminum wire ties and the wire meshed pulled nice and tight; although i did have to use a wire tie on every end of the wire mesh to get the tightness needed to make a good enclosure. This change in component should be a major improvement. So if you get one of these kits with the plastic zip ties you will need to buy metal wire ties to be able to pull the wire mesh taut. I had to use a pack of 100 aluminum ties to get the desired result. I also told them that the small rubber caps which are included in the kit to cover the ends of the wire mesh must be glued on in order to stay in place. These rubber caps are crucial to prevent cutting one's skin if the naked wire ends are contacted. I used Gorilla glue to keep the caps on the wire mesh ends.... ORIGINAL REVIEW - The wire is very soft and flimsy and plastic zip ties are used to attach mesh wire to frame. I have a dog that weighs about 29lbs. She easily tears the zip ties and bends the wire mess stretching it out of shape and escapes through the holes she is able to create. Predrilled assembly holes are too large for the bolts and the up-right posts allow the posts to twist in the frame where the gate is located. When the posts twist the gate latch will come free from pen frame and the gate will open. Overall a cheaply made pen and not suitable to hold an energetic dog. Waste of money.This is a nice unit, but had to make a lot.of repairs to the chain link fencing. Missing one of the support brackets for the roof system.The frame of this kennel is very strong. The down side is the chain link. Like I said there was a lot of damaged links and the ends of the link are very sharp. An upgrade to this package would be to round off the ends (make the ends full links instead of points). O e other issue I had was all the ends had to be twisted more in order for the fence to stay together. It took me approximately 6 hours to complete this huild. I'm guessing it should have taken 2 or 3 hours.The pen was relatively easy for two people to assemble, but it took quite a bit more than two hours to do it. There are only pictures on the instructions to follow, and some of them you had to really look closely at to understand. All the parts required were there and even a few extras of the hardware.. I bought some caps for the ends of some of the tubing where water could get in to, hopefully, help it last longer. We keep three 15-20 pound dogs in the pen when we are away for 2 or 3 hours and they seem content there. I poured a 5 inch wide concrete footing to attach the pen to with inch and a half conduit clamps and blue screws and it makes it quite sturdy. Very happy with the purchase.The individual pieces are pretty light and easy to handle. Open-ended wrenches and a driver (bring your own handle) come in the package. The only thing that is fiddly is the chain link walls. Two people are definitely recommended for that. I don't have am issue with the zip-ties securing the chain link. Any dog that could break them, could probably move the whole kennel instead, or jump out if the top isn't on. I have two medium sized dogs in it. They are out 90% of the time during daylight though.There were some burrs on some of the the bolt holes. I just took a file to those. Overall, a good purchase.Besides missing a single piece and not being able to get ahold of the seller instead of returning the entire kennel because I already assembled it, it was easy to assembleIt was a two person job for set up. It took 2 hours to assemble. My biggest issue is the crappy fitting top. It's not tight and water pools in stead of draining off.
